  • I made a tool that tells you how many raw resources are available at your location and tech level.

I think Satisfactory Tools uses browser cookies, but don't quote me on that. If you're tech savvy, you could always rummage through the source code. The dev, greeny, is also on the Discord and is pretty active.

Paired with Satisfactory Tools, this calculator could be useful for planning factories before the endgame—maybe you don't have all of the milestones completed, or a world-wide transportation network.

I hope you knew about online planning tools like SCIM and satisfactory tools beforehand and just decided to go with pen and paper out of passion.

  • [Release] Satisfactory Calculator | Calculate big factories with ease!
    2 projects | /r/SatisfactoryGame | 4 Apr 2022
As my mate and I started to build larger factories we noticed that we spend a lot of time calculating how many machines and resources we actually need for our project. We tried to use https://satisfactory-calculator.com and https://www.satisfactorytools.com but we were not able to calculate our factories with them. We couldn't choose alternate recipes in a convenient way and the diagram we got at the end was not easy to read and confusing. Sometimes our request would just time out after a few minutes and we wound't get a result at all. Don't get me wrong, these websites are great and we used a lot of information from them, but in my opinion they are not quite capable to calculate factories at a big scale. Instead of spending an hour to calculate our factory, we spend days and nights to make our own Satisfactory Calculator. With our app you can easily choose alternate recipes you may want to use in your factory and at the end you'll get a clean result that is easy to read.

You can use mine, it's opensource. Though no guranatee that the format will stay the same, I'm working on some changes recently. See https://github.com/greeny/SatisfactoryTools, located at data/data.json, parser is located in bin folder.
