    The answer I wrote was based on a crackling lance inquisitor but it's, more or less, applicable to basically any build that wants to reach 100% crit chance. I'm also no expert by any means so feel free to correct my if I'm wrong, I'll try my best to edit this post accordingly.     Someone opened an issue on PoB to talk about this too. So idk. I guess I'd need to use an acceleration shrine myself to witness that personally because I'm still not convinced.

    If you intend to follow a build, get the program path of building to see skill trees that others have created (and create your own, or tweak existing ones on the fly).

    Ah I was referring to issue#1982 on the main github ( The custom build path does not get saved when you're restarting the program.
    Create the "Data/Uniques/Special" folder. Download and put it in that folder.
