Connect your power wires to the P+ and P- terminals (it looks like there are 3 wires for each). The yellow and white wires are for SMBus/I2C data, which you can read out with, for example, an Arduino and PackProbe.

anyone know how I can read an unknown smbus bms?
Pretty much; there's an Arduino sketch (PackProbe) that will perform the necessary commands to read out the SBS data from SMBus-based BMS: https://github.com/PowerCartel/PackProbe/blob/master/PackProbe/PackProbe.ino
