When is open cumputers gonna update to 1.19?

I am just not understanding
now, if you write component.redstone.setOutput(0, 15)that will output a signal redstone of 15 to the bottom face of the Redstone I/O, also it will print to the last value of the redstone signal, in this case that will be 0 for default.
