I check the logs from client windows os, it says 2021-03-13 12:47:14.337: [TUN] [HK] peer(lucky…3G1A) - Failed to send data packet: An operation on a socket could not be performed because the system lacked sufficient buffer space or because a queue was full.

Do you need avoiding geoblocking? If you don't, just go get one of those cheap VPS servers, mere $4 a year then setup Wireguard and/or OpenVPN on it. There, your own VPN for a year, that's even cheaper than your monthly internet. If you don't mind Oracle seeing your traffic, they even have free forever tier.

If you want to, you can get your own VPN on Oracle cloud for free forever, 10 TB traffic per month, you can then stuff it with Wireguard too and get covered by two of the most popular protocols. Your ISP can't even see what you're accessing, but the government of the country you choose as the server location, and Oracle obviously, can snoop the traffic if they want (full content for HTTP, domain only for HTTPS), albeit far less likely. It's far cheaper for intelligence service and advertiser to just host free VPN service and get all the data they want.
