    PowerColor Mini eGFX is about the smallest bare enclosure marketed for this use-case. Unfortunately it also has an external power brick, which means you're limited to 230w, about 150 of which are actually dedicated to the GPU. That can be less of a problem than it sounds, though. For example, I wrote a script for NVIDIA GPUs that automatically limits them to safe wattage for your power supply. I previously used an RTX 2060 in this setup, which has a 160w TGP, but with my script, it ran at 140w tops and didn't even lose any performance.

    I wrote a script for automatically limiting eGPU power when connected. You could definitely get it working on a 180w supply without sacrificing performance.

    Yes. The PSU's you listed will be fine by themselves, but if you wanted to use an enclosure with a less capable PSU, you could use my NVIDIA Power Limit script. It will automatically restrict GPU power consumption to fit your supply each time you connect your eGPU. There is a limit to how far you can underpower the GPU, though, of course.
