It just hit me, in 2026, that MeshCommander [1] (the Intel AMT remote management tool) is probably a homage naming after MechCommander.

I shove https://github.com/Ylianst/MeshCommander into the AMT on any vPro boxes I manage so I can have an easy-to-use frontend right on the AMT.

What is WebSite Compiler ?
from here https://github.com/Ylianst/MeshCommander it's written that to fill the 64kbytes BMCs with the meshcommander webserver, one has to compile the html/css/js sources with a dedicated compiler called WebSite Compiler, however I didn't find a repository for that compiler on github,
