Put jumpdrive on a sd card and boot off of it.. then plug your pinephone into your compute via usb cable. Use gnome-disk or gparted or whatever and you access the emmc like any other drive and re-write your distro of choice to it.

Impossible to Switch on my Pinephone

Most OSes won't boot without a battery nowadays. One exception for that is JumpDrive (although it won't expose the drives then). /u/matth_mmr please flash https://github.com/dreemurrs-embedded/Jumpdrive/releases/download/0.7/pine64-pinephone.img.xz to a microSD and try to boot it.

Installing Arch Phosh to Internal Storage

You'll need to use Jumpdrive, it's a small image that you flash on a SD card. When the PineTab boots it, you'll be able to connect the tablet to a computer using the micro USB and the internal storage will show up like a USB key.

Get an SD card (doesn't matter how small, and if you don't have any they are pretty cheap) and flash Jumpdrive to it, then boot it up, plug it in via usb to your computer, and it'll be exposed like a usb or other external drive and you can flash mobian (or any other distro) to it using etcher

Make sure to flash the OS you choose on the eMMC to get better IO performances (the OS will feel more responsive). You can flash Jumpdrive on a SD card and plug the tablet to a computer using a USB cable to have direct access to the eMMC.
