I don't think you can use helios from a remote computer natively

The MFD displays are native to DCS, you can export them to other monitors. The gauges though are shown with Helios.

Check out Helios. For mine I started with Capt Zeen’s profiles then deleted and moved content to fit my screen and peripherals. For something small you could just create a new profile from scratch. The IEFI is exportable (but only the numbers) you need Helios to display the static image of the panel on top of that. The airspeed would be a Helios gauge that listens to F-14 Export data.
