Then, if you need to get the file size down after that, you could use Handbrake (handbrake.fr) to reduce the file size. Put the exported clip into Handbrake, and change the RF (quality) slider to around 20-22, and change the encoder to H.265 to make the file smaller :)

I need to find a 30 second clipping software that wont lag my games on a low end pc!
reddit.com/r/windows | 2021-02-26
Use no compression on your video or pick a very fast compression method (also called a "codec"). Since you need to capture only 30 seconds of video, it should be possible to store the video capture in an uncompressed format. Encoding a video is a resource-intensive process and can be done after the capture is finished (for example using the HandBrake tool). The uncompressed video file with 30 seconds of footage might be 1 or 2 GB in size, but the output depends a lot on the type of a footage and other parameters such as frames per second (FPS).

You need Handbrake: https://handbrake.fr/

You could use a free video converter such as Handbrake to change some property of your source clip, rewriting the metadata in the output file. In Handbrake, you could * Change the bit rate from a variable (VBR) to constant (CBR) * Change the resolution to a lower scale * Change the bit rate (VBR) to a different rate * Crop the video (any level of cropping) * Change the codec (either MP4/M4V or MKV)
