Not sure if it's too complicated for this age group, but this python package is really nice and could present some good learning opportunities https://github.com/theOehrly/Fast-F1. Writing some simple code and looking through some data together could be a nice little activity
You could incorporate using FastF1 (documentation) to tick off Tech/Maths.
