I made a website that lets you replay the 2020/21 season of FPL in single-player mode. You could use it to teach friends how to play FPL or to experiment with different chip/transfer strategies.
I used the data from https://github.com/vaastav/Fantasy-Premier-League. In the app, the data is just loaded and saved as JSON files in your browser. I didn't think there was a need for backend server or DB because the data size is pretty small.
