  I’ve tried making a fake news detection classifier based on text only back in 2019, but it’s a very difficult pattern to catch, I would say. That being said though, I do think you might be able to find some correlations if you find the right data, but it will never be flawless. In case you’re interested, I used the Liar Liar Pants on Fire dataset. You can find my work on the subject here.
