Pihole on x86/x64 architecture
The only binary that is CPU architecture dependent is pihole-FTL. It is compiled for several different CPU architectures and available on the github page. Notable architectures are arm4 through arm8, x86_32, x86_64. It is dynamically linked, but I have not had any library issues even running it on a "bleeding edge" OS. Latest release: https://github.com/pi-hole/FTL/releases/latest

A Pihole bug, or a Brave bug? ('speech bubble' isn't right in Total Queries on Brave)

PiHole DNS doesn't listen after boot, until "pihole restartdns" is called.
This might be caused by Pi-hole starting before your network interfaces are up. A Github issue already exists for that. Try adding DELAY_STARTUP=5 to /etc/pihole/pihole-FTL.conf and restart once again.

Any advices for running Pi-Hole on big traffic
Not following you here. The code I'm looking at says they are queried from the database. Presumably they are cached in memory after they are looked up, though.
