It’s a collection of R packages that help you explain ML models, but one of the real benefits if you are a Python user is that one of the packages, specifically DALEXtra, allows you to interface with Scikit-Learn models. You can build your tree-based model in Python, and then use the wide variety of tools available in the DrWhy family of packages to explain how your model is working in R.
