Damselfly

Damselfly is a server-based Photograph Management app. The goal of Damselfly is to index an extremely large collection of images, and allow easy search and retrieval of those images, using metadata such as the IPTC keyword tags, as well as the folder and file names. Damselfly includes support for object/face detection, and face-recognition. (by Webreaper)

A lot of the points you raise are down to insufficient documentation - I've added more recently, but really need to write a complete user guide. It's on the list.
Facename search is coming, filename search (with extensions) should work already via the text search, albeit without RegEx, and I'm going to add some settings searching. You can see some plans here.

It's not enterprise, but my open-source Blazor Server app Damselfly is a pretty decent-sized app (over half a million lines of code) and quite complex functionality.

I also need to add a feature that'll prevent any Tom, Dick or Harry from registering as a new user - either some sort of approval before users can log in, or the ability to only create new users from the admin page (ie new users can't register and approve themselves).
