Combat master not showing up on turn order
Someone on roll20 answered so I edited my post with the solution. It doesn't automatically update currently so you need to grab the latest version here: https://github.com/vicberg/CombatMaster

Problem with automatic turn order
There's a new bug that just popped up that prevents the API from properly setting the turn order. The GroupInit and CombatMaster scripts have fixes implemented (you'll have to manually install them or wait until they get updated through the one-click next Tuesday). And in the meantime if you have an active game you can use this scriptlet to update your Turn Order.
