Anybody else have doubles of some of the companions in their character files?
2.6 did regressed simple soundsets when it implemented the seventh selection slot from IWD but thanks for the reminder, I still only finished converting the BG1 NPCs to the extended soundset format with the majority of SoD and BG2 NPCs still remaining. The simple soundset format doesn't cover the NPC voiceovers completely though, you're wrong on that one, we even documented that in https://www.gibberlings3.net/forums/topic/34560-adding-soundsets-to-the-ees-using-the-ee-soundset-tool why.

Does anybody have experience importing voice soundsets into BG2 or could help me out?
Anyway, I found this link to a mod which has the files I need.. but I'm not really sure what the hell to do with it.

Having trouble with my custom voice pack
And I've put a fair amount of my time to ensure that the community has proper documentation on the voicesets - https://forums.beamdog.com/discussion/82008/ - and that I get the most out of the BG NPC sets where I can. I don't understand your reluctance here, just install the mod as-is (unless your Jaheira set is BG2... because yeah, I haven't set that up yet).

Is there a companion pack for Icewind Dale with characters from Baldur's Gate?
The Infinity Collection Portrait Pack offers the portraits already. I am working on the voices, but a bit slowly. If you want to prioritize someone, feel free to tell, I'll prolly get an update during the weekend so I can concentrate on the characters you'd like to have.

Where do I put custom player voicesets?
Hello, if you have the EE 2.6 patch, download the zip from https://github.com/GraionDilach/Baldurs-Gate-NPC-Voice-Pack-for-EE-2.6/releases/latest, extract it to your BG folder and run the setup and you get Xzar along with a bunch of others.
