Armoria is a great resource for throwing together coats of arms, though the charges available are a bit limited.
Here are some of my custom coat of arms made in Armoria. It's a great, free tool for flags/heraldry/banners, etc... there is also an app on mobile, or you can go to the website. The results are high res and when you dive deep into the functions, you can really create some nice and original stuff.

For the Coat of Arms, I used the edit section on https://azgaar.github.io/Armoria/ but I do recommend https://drawshield.net/ if you want more options, although it has a learning curve and can be difficult to use at first.

I have been running a new d&d campaign for about 7 months now, and a couple of weeks ago got the itch to make a new version of the world map. Most of the work is done in photoshop with custom brushes. Nation Emblems were made using the Armoria app from Azgaar. Link here
