Yea you're right, it is caused because of windows update. There is fixed devocub drivers for that problem: https://github.com/AbdShullah/TabletDriver/releases

If you don't want to use opentabletdriver these drivers have worked for me, and I prefer them over the opentabletdriver smoothing options and plugins

Need help with tablet cursor lag.
You might have noticed this only happens when you have smoothing enabled, these drivers are what you're looking for.

Tablet delay after windows update
You got three options: Dont play with filters, use OpenTablet Driver or use this fork of devocub https://github.com/AbdShullah/TabletDriver . I personally like this fork of devocub when using filters, opentabletdriver with filters feels weird to me, but is totally playable too, give a shot to both and pick the one you like the most.

Needing help with new tablet
https://github.com/AbdShullah/TabletDriver/releases Start with this driver, make sure all other drivers are uninstalled (you don’t have to uninstall vmulti) change in game sensitivity to 1.0x and turn raw input off. If that doesn’t work, post a picture of your tablet settings

try closing applications to minimize cpu usage, and if you have a bad hard drive, it might be time to upgrade that. The hawku/devocub drivers make your cursor lag if you enable smoothing so you should also switch to this fork https://github.com/AbdShullah/TabletDriver/releases
