Our great sponsors
  • InfluxDB - Power Real-Time Data Analytics at Scale
  • WorkOS - The modern identity platform for B2B SaaS
  • SaaSHub - Software Alternatives and Reviews
  • Starter-Kit-V4-Eleventy

Complete Website kit built in eleventy with a working blog that connects to Netlify CMS in a few clicks

  • Isso

    a Disqus alternative

If I were you, I would consider whether a self-hosted solution such as Isso Comment might also be an option. I personally don't like it when my comments are stored at third parties.

  • InfluxDB

Power Real-Time Data Analytics at Scale. Get real-time insights from all types of time series data with InfluxDB. Ingest, query, and analyze billions of data points in real-time with unbounded cardinality.

  • Hugo

The world’s fastest framework for building websites.

In my opinion there is no reason why you have to use Wordpress. I have used Wordpress privately for many years, then switched to different CMS over the years. A few years ago I switched to a combination of Hugo and Isso Comment. And I see no reason for me to use anything else. It works and I don't have to update any plugins regularly because of a security vulnerability. That's what annoyed me the most about Wordpress.
