Our great sponsors
  • InfluxDB - Power Real-Time Data Analytics at Scale
  • WorkOS - The modern identity platform for B2B SaaS
  • SaaSHub - Software Alternatives and Reviews
  • ValygarFriendship

This mod adds a series of dialogues with Valygar.

  • Extended banter project - NPCs talk with each other more Banter pack - same thing. Some people find the level of chatter excessive, but if you're a completionist, it's easy to run out of dialogue Ascension - the original version was actually written by David Gaider. It's been totally recoded. I don't recommend installing the first component (rewritten chapter 10) because the fight is super tough, but the other stuff is good - longer epilogues, improved character interaction, etc. There are also a bunch of friendship mods that offer expanded non-romantic content. All quite well-written. I've played and liked: Valygar, Minsc, Imoen, Yoshimo, Viconia, Mazzy, Haer'Dalis, and Cernd.

  • MinscFriendship

This mod adds a series of dialogues with Minsc.

  • ImoenFriendship

This mod adds a series of dialogues with Imoen, the PC's sister, expanding on Imoen's experiences and struggles.

  • YoshimoFriendship

This mod adds a series of dialogues with Yoshimo, our favourite charming knave whom we meet in Irenicus Chateau at the beginning of the game. Spanning the length of the time he's in the party, the Yoshimo Friendship expands on the humorous rogue, adding to his story and giving the player a new perspective on the character.

  • ViconiaFriendship

This mod adds a series of dialogues for a female PC or a male PC who has turned Viconia down, and attempts to give someone who isn't interested in a romantic relationship something to bite into. But bear in mind that Viconia is not an easy person to talk to, let alone befriend. She has a mind of her own, and although she is willing to travel with you, she may not wish to become your confidante.

  • MazzyFriendship

This mod adds a series of dialogues for an eligible PC, in which you can discover more about and befriend the valiant halfling. Mazzy is not the most talkative woman in the world, but she definitely has her opinions, and will voice them if she feels it appropriate--similarly if she has questions she will not be afraid to ask.

  • WorkOS

The modern identity platform for B2B SaaS. The APIs are flexible and easy-to-use, supporting authentication, user identity, and complex enterprise features like SSO and SCIM provisioning.

  • BG1NPC

The BG1 NPC Project adds a great deal of content by expanding the depth of character and levels of interaction with the NPCs from the Baldur's Gate game. Requires Tutu, BGT, or BGEE.

  • BG1 NPC project - banters, character quests, and a total of 6 romances (3 for male PCs, 3 for female PCs). Two of these can (with mods) be continued in BG2. Tweak pack - this is really just for ease of use/quality of life stuff. I just use it for boring stuff like larger stacks of ammunition + more interjections (there's a lot of character dialogue that doesn't consistently trigger otherwise).

  • Adrian_NPC

Adrian Sianodel can be found in Irenicus' Dungeon. He is lawful evil half-elven sorcerer NPC, whose world view is influenced by some very dark philosophy, but he isn't a monster.

  • Adrian - a rare example of a well-written evil character. He's bent on power, yes, but he's civil, eloquent, and flirtatious at times. Atypical but - I thought - pretty good. Edwin romance - added romantic track for Edwin, a self-centered and sarcastic wizard. Surprisingly touching at points, and genuinely funny at others. Angelo - Angelo is the epitome of a henchman, basically amoral and willing to do the PC's dirty work. Pursuing him romantically is a terrible idea, as he's only too willing to point out. Keldorn - added romantic track for Keldorn, an older paladin with family troubles who's deeply unsure about falling in love again. Kivan. Returning character from BG1. Kivan is a grim ranger bent only on revenge. Lots of angst at first, lots of sweetness down the road. Starts out mostly as friendship + unrequited pining. I haven't played this one in years, but I remember liking it.

  • Isra_NPC

This mod adds Isra Ghadir, a young paladin of Sune Firehair, to Baldur's Gate. You can find her in the Nashkel Mines region, trying (with no success whatsoever) to resolve Prism's legal difficulties

  • Wlw romances: Isra (and her sequel link) - she's a paladin of the goddess of love and beauty. Nice if you like knightly types who don't take themselves too seriously, and I like the pacing as well - a little flirting in the first game, and an opportunity to seriously pursue one another in the sequel. Probably my favorite wlw character I've found. Sirene (and her sequel link) - more on the angst-ish side. She's a paladin as well, but she has demonic heritage. Again, nice pacing, good if you enjoy a slow burn kind of romance. Sarah - Sarah is a sweetheart, honestly. A bit shy but well-meaning, and though she's not devoid of angst or sorrow she's a refreshingly normal character.

  • Sirene-NPC

    Sirene NPC mod for BG:EE
