From some quick research, it looks like the native iOS video player doesn’t support MPEG-2. I’m glad you were able to get Infuse working, but if you run up against the 4K streaming restriction, you could try u/anthonylavado’s suggestion of disabling the native player in the official Jellyfin app, or wait a little while for Swiftfin and test that out!
