  • Marlin

Marlin is an optimized firmware for RepRap 3D printers based on the Arduino platform. Many commercial 3D printers come with Marlin installed. Check with your vendor if you need source code for your specific machine.

  • This may be a stupid question but how do I get the standard marlin firmware for this board that you’re referencing? Is it just the standard configuration.h on their github page (https://github.com/MarlinFirmware/Marlin/blob/bugfix-2.1.x/Marlin/Configuration.h)? I understand that I’ll have to go through and uncomment specific lines to make it work with my board on the CR10, but that’s no big deal…

  • I've been trying to compile my Marlin firmware with no success lol. I've mostly only been able to find pre-made examples for the CR-10s with an SKR mini e3 v2.... I did manage to find a premade config for the CR-10s with an SKR mini e3 v3 but Marlin Auto build keeps failing to compile it. Marlin Auto Build was working before I used that specific config so I think it must be something wrong with the file itself? I found the file [here](https://github.com/frosty6742/CR-10-BTT-SKR-MINI-E3-V3.0)

    Configurations for Marlin Firmware

  • Hmm.. There should be an example config for the CR-10S5 with SKR mini e3 v3 in the Marlin-example folder found here: https://github.com/MarlinFirmware/Configurations/tree/bugfix-2.1.x
