This page summarizes the projects mentioned and recommended in the original post on /r/cscareerquestions

Our great sponsors
  • SurveyJS - Open-Source JSON Form Builder to Create Dynamic Forms Right in Your App
  • WorkOS - The modern identity platform for B2B SaaS
  • InfluxDB - Power Real-Time Data Analytics at Scale
  • obsidian-releases

Community plugins list, theme list, and releases of Obsidian.

  • I use Obsidian (https://obsidian.md) It uses markdown, which I think is a great format for notes, and isn’t tied to any proprietary or online-only service (it’s just markdown files on my computer.) I sync it across computers with syncthing.

  • Joplin

Joplin - the secure note taking and to-do app with synchronisation capabilities for Windows, macOS, Linux, Android and iOS.

  • I use Joplin - it's markdown based, open source and backs up to a local folder (which I then back up to a company approved cloud location) https://joplinapp.org/

  • SurveyJS

Open-Source JSON Form Builder to Create Dynamic Forms Right in Your App. With SurveyJS form UI libraries, you can build and style forms in a fully-integrated drag & drop form builder, render them in your JS app, and store form submission data in any backend, inc. PHP, ASP.NET Core, and Node.js.
