Bisq always encourages user feedback. Any user can open an issue. Here was the first issue I created it was actioned and included in the next release within a month. It is nice to see an improvement in the software made in such a transparent way. One of the benefits of Bisq being open source.

I think lightning payments to buy and sell fiat on Bisq will be great. Lightning will solve one of the issues Bisq faces when on chain mining fees are high for a consistent period of time and doing small trades gets prohibitly expensive. I do not know enough to answer the technical apsects of your question, but take a look at the proposal to create a Three-party lightning escrow trade protocol for Bisq 2.

Bisq 2.0 is currently being developed. It's initial iterations will not enable mobile accessibility but from my understanding it will provide a good framework to build onto to make the app accessible for users on mobile devises.

You won't see a Bisq ad in the superbowl or even a road board. It's not only that there aren't a lot of funds available for ads, but that those campaigns are usually driven by centralized organizations. The place to discuss those campaigns is the growth repo and the biggest campaign I remember is the stand for Miami Bitcoin conference and the announce on the backpage of bitcoinmagazine. A good way to spread Bisq is to organize liquidity events at meetups, after a demo.
