If your jurisdiction allows you to use fifo/lifo you can have a look at rotki https://rotki.com it's open source and it allows you to retain ownership over your data (all the web2 tax sites own all your data and could sell it, e.g. to chain analysis companies if they wanted to)
Helios was suggested by u/Perleflamme. This doesn't seem to be useful at the moment since it still requires an RPC provider and doesn't appear to help anonymize you at all.
Explorer - I discovered Otterscan, an open source explorer that has similar UX to Etherscan
