  • In collecting media information and example footage requested by Adobe to troubleshoot the issue, I noticed my recorded (and Remuxed with OBS) footage had a notice saying "Variable Frame Rate Detected" when looking at the media properties in Premiere. An initial search about how to force my should-have-been 60fps OBS recordings to actually end up as 60fps led me to this post which in turn had me looking at this longstanding, unfixed OBS bug from late 2020 (roughly around the same time when I started having the issue with Proxies).
