frp
A fast reverse proxy to help you expose a local server behind a NAT or firewall to the internet.
One solution I've found is Fast Preverse Proxy (FRP - https://github.com/fatedier/frp) which I have tried (running it remotely and with authentication, behind caddy to automatically manage SSL) and it yields comparable if not faster speeds, especially for uploading to my local server through the proxy set-up.

I followed this tuto yesterday and it worked very fine : https://github.com/mochman/Bypass_CGNAT/wiki

Ohh, I see now... Try then rathole instead of frp, they claiming it is faster
