You've already got some good answers but I want to second the C++ Core Guidelines which I think is the single best document for how to do "modern C++" well. https://www.cppreference.com is pretty much every C++ programmers #1 resource for C++ documentation and I also agree that learncpp.com is good.
If you start with C++ it's important to follow a good project structure and use a good linter. This project will get you started.
