Lmao. If we're sharing stories, I actually helped my wife 2 jobs ago when she was working at a non-profit (food services) at the height of the pandemic. They were having a major issue were policy changes, phone script changes, number revisions, etc were getting changed constantly and updates were sent via email and CHAT MESSAGES. Of course, no one could keep up and everyone was expected to magically know the latest details (a lot of the work was call center stuff). I set up a private bookstack server for them, she styled it to match the company's branding, even filled it with information to demo how easy it was to use. All completely free for them and ready to use.
