On Learning Programming: https://www.freecodecamp.org/ https://www.theodinproject.com/ https://frontendmasters.com/ pricey but great content when ur further along with it. First months you have no idea whats going on but then it clicks! I like to build projects to learn. You may learn differently but projects are most fun and effective imo.
https://www.w3schools.com/ : A more beginner friendly documentation for HTML, CSS and JS. Perfect to tackle concepts you know nothing about. There are also some basic tutorials. Downside is that content is often incomplete, lacks precision and/or a bit too old (perfectly fine to get started though).
https://caniuse.com/ : you shouldn't mind this one from the start, it tells you what browsers support any HTML, CSS or JS feature. Very useful when you start having enough webdev knowledge.
