I se a note-taking app called Obsidian that uses Markdown for formatting and linking between documents. You could pretty easily write all your articles that way. If you intend to share your notes with the players you could either share the “vault” with them or publish your notes to HTML and post that somewhere.
The key thing to understand is that TiddlyWiki itself is super flexible. Some say way too flexible. The coolest thing about TiddlyWiki is that there is no executable file. TiddlyWiki comes as a single html file which you can open and view with any web browser like Chrome, Firefox, Microsoft Edge and so on. It also means you can view your TW wikis as they if were an ordinary web page on any type of machine, any operating system, including mobile phones and tablets.
