I don't think that's possible. You'll have to compile your own FFmpeg from source with the correct flags and bind mount it to the container. But that wouldn't be it, the drivers and dependencies within the container would also need to be updated or installed. I think that it should work in the end. But from what I know now it's quite complex to set up in a running container. I'll keep you updated when I know more. Currently I'm just spitting ideas as I badly want to get my Arc to run too and hope that someone smarter reads this. But I'm going to try writing a script, that should be mostly intercompatible, or set fire to other peoples servers, who knows.
