  • InfluxDB - Power Real-Time Data Analytics at Scale
  • WorkOS - The modern identity platform for B2B SaaS
  • SaaSHub - Software Alternatives and Reviews
  • OpenMediaVault

openmediavault is the next generation network attached storage (NAS) solution based on Debian Linux. Thanks to the modular design of the framework it can be enhanced via plugins. openmediavault is primarily designed to be used in home environments or small home offices.

Well, TrueNAS is a good option but if you will be running multiple VMs, I would consider running Proxmox as OS and then run TrueNAS as a VM. Alternatively, Starwinds SAN and NAS: https://www.starwindsoftware.com/free-san-and-nas or openmediavault (needs minimum RAM): https://www.openmediavault.org/. As mentioned, I would increase RAM amount, this never hurts. Aside of that, the build looks decent. As to photos, not sure if there is anything better yet than Google Photos but, maybe, photoprism is worth checking: https://photoprism.app/

  • PhotoPrism
