This is genuinely ruining top tier balance. A shot placed at the bottom of the tank will create enough spalling to nearly kill the entire crew in the abrams (or any other NATO vehicle) yet Russian and Chinese MBT's don't produce a single piece of shrapnel. I hate calling bias, but this is ridiculous
