FPS on scarlett and how I get 60-80 - 100-200 fps

First I tried merging 3830 (mentioned in the OP) and 3832. After doing so, the game still chugs down to 20 fps when facing towards the main city in the open world.

Im a little worried about posting my own built binaries, nintendo can be ruthless lol. Instead, i will say i compiled this fork of Ryujinx https://github.com/Kryptuq/Ryujinx played for 15~ Minutes and had no weird lighting issues or any graphical bugs (Vulkan) You'll need to compile it yourself or wait until someone braver than me is willing to distribute it. cant really say it helped with performance any, but ive come to expect poor performance from Ryujinx anyway, its why im personally waiting on Yuzu.
