Since you mentioned in a comment chain this is a project for learning, then I suggest taking it one step at a time. Just get it working with vanilla react + some QoL stuff. Use a style library like bootstrap to reduce your scope and just work through understanding the fundamentals of the library like designing sensible components, working with state through hooks and redux/context.
