Are u really interested in CS?. Just ask urself this qn. You are still young. You can still do whatever you want to perfection. OP Competitive exams are very difficult to crack when you are preparing alone without support. People don't go to coaching classes for materials alone, it helps them to stay in schedule and keep motivated by seeing others who are competing for the same spot. If you are still motivated to do civil services exam, just try to get into a coaching centre or a study group. If you are still interested in CS after exploring various career options. You could checkout this link which has a curriculum for complete cs beginners. Then you can look into the different fields associated with CS. For Web dev, there is a website called Odin project which has a detailed curriculum. Check out freecodecamp or datacamp which has beginner friendly courses for python and SQL. Join subreddits related to your field of interest. There will be a lot of people who are willing to help. GitHub will also have a lot of resources .
