If you don't want you use a loop out service then you can install Muun wallet on you phone and send it there. It usually costs around 500 sats to send out 500k sats. Don't know how that compares to a loop out service in terms of price but it's very convenient. Once you have the bitcoin in your Muun wallet you can then send it back on chain to your node and use it to open another channel.
