Specifically, it looks like all I have to do is create a gallery-dl.conf file (do I do this in notepad, copy the text from here, and put that in the same folder where I have the gallery-dl.exe?), enter my credentials in the Twitter section, and then just run the gallery-dl.exe -i twitter_list.txt (that's what I named my file with the multiple usernames).
