Try this perhaps. It basically integrates a windows vm inside linux. I've never tried it though.
I've done some sharing of Office docs across Mac and Linux. Generally I use OnlyOffice on Linux as it has a clean interface and I haven't had compatibility problems (.docx and .xlsx seem fine. Not sure about .pptx though).
