I recently noticed that Meilisearch added Hebrew language support in v0.28 and I thought to myself, "I wonder how hard it would be to do the same for languages using variants of the Arabic alphabet? After all, they are both pretty standard abjads, right?
I saw that under the hood, the new support that was added for Hebrew was largely learning on the niqqud library by benny-n.
I hope to use this to submit a PR to meilisearch/charabia in the future based on the excellent example by benny-n in his pull request adding Hebrew support.
