Well, React Leaflet (https://react-leaflet.js.org/) is my choice for now if the requirements are simple, for me, I use it for render a 100k markers that can groups, filters, or something a bit complex like calculate a distance between place to place to see a roughly distance and time which is not that accurate (In country side of Thailand, data is not that up-to-date).
