[Mod/Datapack Request] Multiplayer Sleeping Datapack or Mod that excludes AFK player

  Minecraft datapack which allows players to use beds, even when some players are AFK or in places where beds are not allowed

I found this Datapack, but it is a 1.16 data pack. Someone forked it and made a 1.17 version for it, but since my Server is running on 1.19.2 I don't know if the Data packs are compatible. Maybe I should just give it a try.

Are you mixing up PaperMC with Fabric? PaperMC indeed is a fork of Spigot that is performance oriented. Fabric is a Modloader just like Forge. Fabric does not have plugin capabilities, since it is Mod based. There are Projects, that aim to add plugins to Fabric, like Cardboard, but these are still a work in progress. As you can see by their Progress Tracker.
