How about Nvim Remonte Container?
haha, I have the same problem and have been looking for an answer for 2 weeks now. I have a set of containers I use for work, I can change them but it would be not very convenient since I would need to modify the existing dockerfile every time I pull. I have a local LSP(solargraph-ruby) setup, it works pretty well without knowing the project dependencies. However, I would like to use it at its max potential. To do that my local neovim needs to talk to an LSP server inside the same container where the dependencies are. And this is where I am stuck, i have tried the 2 you mentioned, remote-container was just broken for me, dev-container only works with dockerfile( should be updated in the future). My biggest hope right now is to see if I can get this plugin to work. Feel free to add me on discord if you want to keep each other in the loop since I was going to build one if no existing solution works. Heres my discord xiaopixie#1489
