pyenv is useful for different versions of python ( for windows use this version https://github.com/pyenv-win/pyenv-win ) I'm more interested in what is actually not working between 3.10 and 3.9 in most cases this should not be an issue and off the top of my head I can't think of anything massively breaking between these versions.
