An open-source keyboard for Android which respects your privacy. Currently in early-beta.
The only down side to this is I can't use the keyboard apps like Gboard which purposefully don't have a "pause/disable learning" toggle (to push you to their auto corrections instead, which I don't think I'll ever be able to use until the day of consumer grade BCIs) as my suggestions quickly end up riddles with typos. SwiftKey is fine though, it has an incognito mode toggle but I wish there was a permanent toggle too. One other notable mention goes to FlorisBoard which is open source and in active development and/but, the word suggestions feature hasn't arrived yet (it's in the roadmap for the stable release which I guess is due soon). It's really customizable and I think I'll end up switching to it soon.
