But back to the webserver part: Why don't you give WLED a shot, as mentioned before? It's pretty easy to set up and offers a lot of options to set the colour and effects of the LEDs. I think it is based on the FastLED code (or at least adapts some effects), too. You can apparently integrate it into a StreamDeck with HTTP API calls. Or how did you mean to get the StreamDeck to set the colour of the LEDs?
