Why are the Devs of Syncthing so hostile? I highlighted an issue in a GitHub ticket over a year old, was condescended to, called a "spoilt brat", the thread got locked, followup issue asking for clarification was deleted. Why man?

  • syncthing-android

    Wrapper of syncthing for Android.

  • That being said, I had a crazy experience seeking help on the Syncthing-Android Github issues page in 2 tickets here and here. The first ticket (As in the title) I brought my experience and admittedly some frustration (As I'd been battling with the authentication resetting for weeks), was locked with in my opinion a condescending and elitist tone. The second ticket was summarly deleted when I asked for clarification as to why this happened. Frankly I'm a bit upset, as I was seeking help, and how I could help, but I wanted to have an honest conversation about the issue.
